Project Description：
This is an artwork designed by Canadian artist Kapwani Kiwanga in the High Line Park in the United States. It is an honor to participate in the production of On Growth in 2023.
At the beginning of the project, we wanted to create an exhibition of sculpture models of artworks in the High Line Park. More than 80 artists proposed different plans. In the end, two of the 12 proposals were selected for exhibition. On Growth is one of them.
High Line Park (高线公园) is a popular elevated park in New York City, USA. It is built on a former elevated railway track on Manhattan’s West Side. The park features green spaces, walking paths, and public art installations. It has become a unique urban park that offers a scenic escape above the city streets.
